Firefly specializes locally caught seafood, mouthwatering steaks seared on an 1800 degree broiler, wild game, fresh sushi and artisan pizzas. From the waiting area all through the evening, experience a calm and somewhat magical ambience to the restaurant. Every aspect of the dining experience will be thoughtfully crafted by Management, and executed by wait staff. If you are unsure what to order, your server will thoroughly explain several menu options, and then make excellent recommendations. The bread basket comes with three types of spreads, all of which are delicious. Our favorite is the Grilled Gulf Grouper as well as the Wild Caught Salmon Almondine. Both dishes are outstanding as are all of their dishes. The Grouper is served on top of Lobster Risotto, which was cooked to perfection. As a desert I recommend the mini Key Lime Pie and coffee to cap off the meal perfectly. We highly recommend this restaurant, especially when celebrating a special event!
